The Emerald City Jug Band and its website ("we", "us" and "our" in this notice) do not collect any personal information about you unless you choose to provide us with that information (e.g. sign up for our email list, buy a CD, etc.).

Any non-personal information we may collect (e.g. the number of hits, pages visited, type of browser and length of user session, etc.) is used strictly for statistical analysis and to help us make visiting our site a more useful and/or fun experience.

At the current time our site uses no "cookies". (A cookie is a small text file that a web site temporarily transfers to your computer's hard drive to help identify you while you are visiting the site.) If in the future we decide to use them, the cookies on our web pages will not collect personal information about you. They will be used simply to collect information about your browser session. We will use the type of cookie that expires as soon as you close your browser, not the kind that are permanently stored on your computer. If we decide to use cookies in the future this policy will be edited to reflect that fact.

We do not disclose any personal information you supply us with to any third party without your permission, with the exception of that information needed to process a transaction (e.g. a CD sale). Such information does not remain stored on our servers longer than it takes to complete the transaction.
